Duties & Responsibilities

Provide individual counselling and guidance services to students.
Plan and implement student developmental programmes.
Deliver career programmes and coordinate with employers to build work readiness.
Offer training and consultation to student organisations.
Assist with student finance and administrative matters.
Support whole-person development initiatives and discipline-wide projects.
Contribute to quality assurance development and review.
Participate in boards, committees and work groups as assigned.

Hold a recognised degree in Social Work or relevant discipline, registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance.
Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in student services or youth work.
Possess substantial experience in personal and career counselling with youth and programme organisation.
Demonstrate high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Show strong interpersonal, planning and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
Experience with at-risk youth and students with special educational needs is advantageous.
