Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and guidance to local and non-Chinese speaking students on further studies, career development, and fieldwork placement.
- Market, promote, and implement the People of Different Races Programme for Ethnic Minority Youth.
- Organize student, office, and extra-curricular activities, plus volunteer services.
- Carry out student and academic administration duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized degree in Social Work or relevant discipline, preferably with post-graduate qualification.
- Be registered as a social worker under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance Chapter 505.
- Have at least 3 years' relevant experience in personal/career counseling, student services administration, and youth work.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Work independently and under pressure while being a collaborative team player.
- Understand the learning needs of Non-engaged Youth and have experience with Ethnic Minority Youth.
Appointment
- Full-time; Term position at the rank of Student Affairs Officer.
