Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide individual counselling and guidance services to students.
- Plan and implement student developmental programmes.
- Offer career guidance and engage with employers on work preparedness.
- Deliver training and consultation to student organisations.
- Assist with student finance matters and administrative tasks.
- Support whole-person development initiatives and discipline-wide projects.
- Contribute to developing and reviewing quality assurance policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree in Social Work or related field, registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in student services or youth work.
- Possess substantial experience in personal and career counselling for youth and programme organisation.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Show strong interpersonal, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with youth-at-risk and students with special educational needs is advantageous.

- Contract — 1 November 2026 to 14 April 2027
