Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach students and supervise their projects and fieldwork placements.
- Handle student and academic administration tasks.
- Create curriculum and develop teaching, learning and assessment materials.
- Provide career guidance to improve trainee employability.
- Participate in Centre projects, seminars and promotional events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree in Social Science, Social Work or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Have at least 4 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
- Possess good classroom management, organisational and administrative skills.
- Adult training programme experience preferred, especially in Child Care, Business Services or Information Technology.
