Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
- Support student and academic administration activities.
- Create curriculum and develop teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
- Provide training and consultation to student organisations.
- Design and evaluate student developmental and career programmes.
- Participate in committees and academic work groups as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree in Social Science or equivalent, preferably with postgraduate qualification.
- Deliver modules on whole person development and implement student projects.
- Have substantial experience organising youth activities and developmental programmes.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Possess excellent planning, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
