Duties & Responsibilities

Teach students and supervise their projects and fieldwork placements.
Handle student and academic administration tasks.
Develop and refine curriculum and teaching materials.
Act as Module Co-ordinator and Leader of the Structured Whole Person Development Programme.
Plan, design and evaluate student developmental programmes.
Assist in quality assurance, validation and accreditation exercises.
Network with industry partners and participate in departmental projects.
Support boards, committees and working groups through documentation and administrative work.
Conduct research and projects for programme development.

Hold a recognised degree in Social Science, Social Work, Liberal Studies, Psychology or relevant discipline, preferably with postgraduate qualification.
Have at least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
Demonstrate ability to work as a team player and independently under pressure.
Possess strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
Be well-versed in e-learning.
