Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, design, organise and implement student developmental programmes.
- Provide guidance and counselling services to graduates and conduct home visits when necessary.
- Support the Structured Whole Person Development (SWPD) Programme.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding centre services and programmes.
- Assist in student recruitment and publicity for the centre.
- Develop career programmes and establish employment networks with prospective employers for job placement.
- Perform student and project administration duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree in Social Work or relevant discipline, registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the rehabilitation field.
- Possess experience in counselling and/or career counselling services for persons with disabilities and their families.
- Have experience in programme design and working with persons with disabilities.
- Demonstrate good presentation skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Possess strong interpersonal, planning and problem-solving skills.
