Assistant Computer Officer (carrying the job title of ‘AI & Data Analyst’)

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the adoption of AI in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Automate workflows in daily operations to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Integrate AI tools and methodologies to improve data quality in submission.
Implement strategic data-related projects to provide institutional data management capabilities.
Support ad hoc management information analysis and enquiry needs.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the unit head/supervisors.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI & Machine Learning, Information Management, Data Science, or related disciplines.
2 years' post-qualification experience in business and system analysis, AI applications, and data management/analytics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both technical and business languages.
Highly motivated and independent working style with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proactive and innovative mindset in embracing and applying AI technologies.
Solution-oriented mentality with good awareness of data security and data privacy.
Good team spirit with strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.

Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity; renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
