Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct ophthalmic investigations for clinical and laboratory-based research, including patient interaction.
Extract and manage medical data from research programmes.
Coordinate follow-up schedules and arrangements for research participants.

Bachelor's degree (or considered without degree for Junior Research Assistant position).
Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
Genuine interest in medical research, particularly ophthalmology and visual sciences.
Patient-centred, compassionate approach to work.
Prior clinical or laboratory research experience is advantageous.
Statistical analysis skills (e.g., Stata, SAS, SPSS) are advantageous; longitudinal or panel data analysis experience preferred.

Contract — one year, commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
