Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for planning, implementation and maintenance of Student Information Systems and related services.
- Oversee system integration, data quality and process optimization to ensure efficient information flow across the university.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Manage system upgrades, tenders, vendor relationships and project delivery.
- Supervise an information systems team implementing and maintaining ERP and application systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Substantial experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft development, mobile application development, AI implementation and student administration systems, preferably in tertiary institutions.
- Solid experience in cloud platform administration and configuration is desirable.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with independent and proactive approach.
- Excellent vendor management, project management and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
