Senior Information Technology Manager (Digital Transformation) (ITO)

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead planning, implementation and maintenance of university AI platforms and services.
Oversee AI system development, integration, data security and process automation across the institution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into system requirements.
Organize AI training sessions and promote AI tools and solutions to students and staff.
Supervise an information systems team developing and maintaining AI platforms and automation solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
Substantial experience designing, developing and supporting AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
Experience integrating AI platforms, APIs and systems to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Hands-on experience implementing AI workflows and student self-service portals, preferably in tertiary institutions.
Strong cloud platform administration experience and ability to evaluate emerging technologies.
Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
