Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain an active, high-impact research pipeline with publications in top-tier journals and secure research funding.
- Teach core and elective Information Systems courses at undergraduate, MBA, and PhD levels with focus on business AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.
- Provide mentorship and institutional leadership, with Associate Professors and Professors expected to lead departmental initiatives and maintain engagement with professional bodies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Quantitative Marketing, or related business discipline.
- For Assistant Professors: high potential for premier journal publications and demonstrated teaching effectiveness.
- For Associate and Full Professors: proven record of continuous top-tier publications, teaching excellence, and national/international academic visibility.
- Expertise in AI-driven business strategy, algorithmic governance, responsible AI, or human-AI collaboration is highly desired.
- Ability to connect technical fields like Python and machine learning with strategic business and management principles.
- Experience in securing external research funding or building industry partnerships is preferred.
