Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Public Administration including classroom teaching.
- Conduct academic research, publish scholarly work and apply for research grants.
- Participate in scholarly, professional and administrative activities at departmental, school and university levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the university.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Earned doctorate in Public Administration with expertise in public sector management in Hong Kong and China.
- Substantial relevant teaching and professional experience with demonstrated academic leadership.
- Strong command of English and Chinese languages.
- High competence in teaching and postgraduate student supervision.
- Solid record of peer-reviewed publications in prestigious outlets and external research grant funding.
