Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform statistical analyses on datasets including pre-post outcome analyses and parametric/non-parametric tests.
- Clean, manage, and organize data for analysis.
- Interpret and summarize analytical findings clearly and accurately.
- Prepare tables, figures, and statistical summaries for manuscripts and reports.
- Contribute to writing methods and results sections for publications.
- Ensure all analyses adhere to best practices and ethical/reporting standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related quantitative field (for Research Assistant II); Master's degree required for Research Assistant I.
- Experience with both parametric and non-parametric statistical methods.
- Proficiency in at least one statistical software package (R, Stata, SPSS, SAS, or Python).
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in academic writing.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferably have experience in publication.
