Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and build world-class research programmes in political economy, governance, and related strategic areas.
- Teach and mentor students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Contribute to departmental intellectual projects through publications, academic events, and securing research grants.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Political Science, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated research ability, teaching experience with positive evaluations, and track record of high-quality publications.
- Senior roles require outstanding research records and international reputation; mid-level roles require high-impact publications and grants; junior roles require demonstrated potential for high-impact work.
