Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to teaching and teaching-related activities at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Housing and Urban Studies, Public Policy, and/or Public Management.
- Supervise capstone projects and conduct related academic activities.
- Contribute to departmental intellectual projects through publications, seminars, workshops, and research proposals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Housing Study, Urban Study, Public Policy, Public Management, or closely related fields required.
- Proven ability to teach courses in housing governance, housing economics, urban policy, smart city, and sustainable facility management.
- Alternatively, a relevant Master's degree plus professional and university-level teaching experience in related areas will be considered.
