Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in computational creativity, creative technology, generative AI, and AI ethics.
- Advise postgraduate research students and contribute to curriculum development.
- Maintain an active research profile and seek external grants to support research.
- Provide service to School and University governance and engage in professional networking activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in related disciplines such as Media Arts, Digital Media, Creative Technology, Computer Science, or Human-Computer Interaction with AI expertise.
- Publication record appropriate to rank and demonstrated track record of successful research projects and grant applications.
- Knowledge of computational creativity, generative AI, multimodal systems, and social implications of intelligent technologies.
- For Chair Professor/Professor: distinguished qualifications, strong scholarship record, and academic leadership experience; for Associate Professor: outstanding teaching and research record with competitive grant success; for Assistant Professor: solid record or potential in teaching and research.
