Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach across undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programmes.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in top-tier journals.
- Supervise postgraduate theses and collaborate with colleagues.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate expertise in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, or Research Methods.
- Show a strong track record of publications and commitment to research and teaching excellence.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract of three years on a tenure-track basis.
