Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Data Manager in overseeing end-to-end data lifecycle across multiple projects.
Design and refine data management workflows.
Monitor data quality, run validation checks, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and establish audit trails.
Support database administration and coach data entry teams.
Prepare operational dashboards and data summaries for stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT, vendors, project managers, and researchers on technical solutions.

Bachelor's degree in data management, statistics, computer science, information systems, public health, or related discipline.
Proven experience in data cleaning, quality assurance, and technical documentation.
Practical expertise with SQL databases, Excel, Google Sheets, and data capture systems like REDCap, ODK, SurveyCTO, or Qualtrics.
Master's degree is advantageous.
Programming/scripting languages (R, SAS, Stata, Python) are desirable.
Knowledge of data protection principles and statistical methods is beneficial.
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

One-year temporary or two-year fixed-term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
