Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic development and operation of the newly established Digital Creative Centre.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement the Centre's development initiatives, programmes, and events.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders including faculty, alumni, industry partners, and community organisations.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee programme design, communications, marketing, and public engagement.
  • Provide executive and administrative support for College development initiatives and committees.
  • Work irregular hours including weekends, evenings, or holidays as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Creative Industries, Education, IT, Digital Innovation, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience in creative industries, marketing, event management, or university administration.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Strong project management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
