Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in Philosophy with potential focus on Confucianism, ethics, bioethics, moral philosophy, or religion.
- Demonstrate excellence in teaching and maintain a strong publication record appropriate to career stage.
- Teach undergraduate courses and develop course syllabi.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD or equivalent qualification in Philosophy or related field.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence in research and teaching with appropriate publication record.
- For Associate Professor/Professor level: record of obtaining competitive external funding is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — Initial appointment at Assistant Professor rank on a three-year renewable contract; other ranks not specified.
