Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development on waterhammer/hydraulic transient modelling, optimization, machine learning/AI, or acoustics/acoustic metamaterials.
- Work on innovation and technology projects focused on water resources sustainability.
- Collaborate with students, researchers, and engineers in a diverse research environment.
- Attend and participate in continuing professional development modules including seminars, conferences, and workshops.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields (Master's acceptable with relevant experience).
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills at all levels.
- Flexible, organized, and diligent with practical problem-solving abilities and deadline management skills.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-2 year contract (renewable)
