Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and recruit research participants for data collection from South Asian communities.
Perform in-depth interviews and qualitative data analysis, then compile research reports.
Prepare materials for conference presentations and publications.
Handle administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
Work irregular hours and weekends as needed for data collection activities.

Hold a recognized bachelor's degree or above in social sciences or a relevant discipline.
Have at least one year of relevant work experience.
Possess a strong network within South Asian communities.
Be familiar with in-depth interview procedures and qualitative data analysis methods.
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills.
Show strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities with responsibility and self-motivation.
