Duties & Responsibilities

Lead a nursing team of approximately 1,200 staff members and oversee all hospital nursing services.
Provide strategic direction and promote a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and professional development of the nursing team.
Manage budgets and resources efficiently to support nursing operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
Monitor and improve nursing care quality through audits, feedback, and performance reviews.
Lead patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance initiatives.
Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams to coordinate care delivery.

Hold a valid registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong or equivalent qualification recognized in Chinese Mainland or overseas.
Possess a doctoral degree specializing in healthcare from a world-renowned university completed within the last 5 years.
Have 20 or more years of working experience in the nursing profession.
Hold higher academic or professional qualifications in nursing and post-registration qualification in management.
