General Manager (Nursing)

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead a nursing team of approximately 1,200 staff members and oversee all hospital nursing services.
Provide strategic direction for the nursing department and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing personnel.
Manage budgets and resources to support nursing operations and optimize facility use.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
Monitor and improve nursing care quality through audits, feedback, and performance reviews.
Lead patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance initiatives.
Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams to coordinate care and enhance service delivery.

Hold a completed full-time doctoral degree in healthcare from a world-renowned university within the last 5 years.
Possess valid registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong or equivalent qualification recognized in Chinese Mainland or relevant overseas jurisdiction.
Hold higher academic or professional qualifications in nursing and post-registration qualification in management.
Have 20 or more years of working experience in the nursing profession.

Full-time; based in Shenzhen with accommodation and daily shuttle service between Hong Kong and Shenzhen provided.
