General Manager (Nursing)

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead a nursing team of approximately 1,200 staff members and oversee all nursing services at the hospital.
Provide strategic direction for the nursing department and promote excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and plans aligned with hospital standards and best practices.
Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing personnel.
Manage budgets and resources efficiently to support nursing operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
Monitor and improve nursing care quality through audits, feedback, and performance reviews.
Lead patient safety, infection control, and clinical governance initiatives.
Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams to coordinate care and enhance service delivery.

Hold a valid registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong or equivalent qualification recognized in Chinese Mainland or overseas.
Possess higher academic or professional qualifications in nursing and post-registration qualification in management.
Have completed a full-time doctoral degree specializing in healthcare from a world-renowned university within the last 5 years.
Have 20 or more years of working experience in the nursing profession.

Full-time; based in Shenzhen with accommodation and daily shuttle service between Hong Kong and Shenzhen provided.
