Duties & Responsibilities
- Process large survey datasets on regulatory changes in Indian cities.
- Create visuals including figures and charts for descriptive statistics.
- Execute applied econometric models such as difference-in-difference analysis.
- Apply geospatial techniques to integrate observational data with survey datasets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a master's degree in Urban Economics, Urban Studies, Planning, Real Estate, or Finance.
- Working knowledge of statistical tools and econometric models.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of geospatial methods like ArcGIS.
- Preferred: Understanding of economic theory principles including demand-supply mechanisms and market analysis.
- Preferred: Experience with Python and LaTeX.
