Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and strategic direction to the department in alignment with Faculty and University plans.
- Develop and implement innovative programmes and courses in early childhood education, child development, family support, and policy areas.
- Lead efforts to secure competitive external funding and research collaborations.
- Report to the Dean of Faculty of Education and Human Development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Highly motivated and experienced scholar with expertise in early childhood education.
- Demonstrated ability to lead academic departments and drive strategic development.
- Track record in securing external funding and conducting research.
