Information Technology Manager (Workflow / Cloud / AI)

Duties & Responsibilities

Design and manage automated workflow solutions to streamline university operations.
Develop AI-enabled applications to enhance operational efficiency and support decision-making.
Build and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.
Collaborate with academic and administrative units to identify digital transformation opportunities.
Oversee project lifecycles, manage vendors, and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.
Supervise internal technical teams and external consultants on system design and deployment.
Collect functional requirements from business users and translate them into development specifications.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT application development or systems integration.
Proven experience developing and managing workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, including design and deployment.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and programming (e.g., Ollama, Python, AI-Coder).
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as ServiceNow or K2.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Proven capability to lead technical teams and supervise external consultants.
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
