Laboratory Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

Support operation and maintenance of the clinical laboratory and simulation training centre.
Assist in setup of teaching activities in the nursing laboratory.
Help with procurement of equipment, operation of electronic devices, record keeping and data entry.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Hold 5 passes in HKCEE (including English Grade C minimum and Chinese Level 2) or equivalent HKDSEE qualifications.
Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a sense of responsibility.
Show IT proficiency and proficiency in video production.
Work independently and in a team.
Preferred: knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with nursing laboratory or simulation training centre equipment.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).

Start date: As soon as possible.
