Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and supervise nursing students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct academic research and produce scholarly publications.
- Develop and implement innovative curricula in nursing education.
- Perform administrative duties at the School and Faculty levels.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a primary nursing qualification registrable with the local Nursing Council or equivalent international regulator.
- Possess a Ph.D. degree, preferably in Nursing or healthcare-related disciplines.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of research, publications, and extramural grant success.
- Show experience in postgraduate supervision and international collaboration.
- Have evidence of curriculum development and innovative teaching in nursing.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second three-year contract.
