Duties & Responsibilities
- Educate nursing students and teach postgraduate programs with research supervision.
- Conduct academic research and develop scholarly publications.
- Develop and implement innovative curricula to prepare students for nursing practice.
- Perform administrative duties at School and Faculty levels.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Primary nursing qualification registrable with local Nursing Council or equivalent international regulator.
- Ph.D. degree, preferably in Nursing or healthcare-related disciplines.
- Demonstrated track record of impactful publications and extramural grant success.
- Experience supervising research postgraduate students and collaborating across disciplines locally and internationally.
- Evidence of outstanding academic leadership and international recognition.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and tenure consideration before expiry of second three-year contract, subject to satisfactory performance.
