Laboratory Manager (at the rank of Technical Manager)

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a teaching laboratory for medical and health sciences students and professionals.
Ensure operational readiness of the venue for diverse teaching and learning sessions.
Assist in development of a state-of-the-art clinical simulation training centre.
Work in shifts and during weekends based on operational needs.

Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
At least 8 years' work experience in a clinical laboratory.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with high sense of responsibility.
Appropriate IT proficiency and ability to work independently and in teams.
Qualified first aider status to be maintained throughout service.
Experience in handling equipment for clinical simulation training (advantageous).

Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
