Duties & Responsibilities

Teach make-up related modules to vocational students.
Supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
Perform student development, academic and administrative duties.
Support students with special educational needs through activities and career counselling.
Assist in developing teaching and learning materials.
Procure and maintain training materials, tools and equipment.
Organize campus activities including exhibitions, seminars and student admission.
Maintain industry linkages and develop new programmes to meet sector needs.

A relevant recognized degree.
International professional certificate in Beauty Care or Make-up (preferred).
Strong team player with ability to work independently under pressure and self-learn.
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
Strong commitment to serve youth and manage less academically-inclined students.
Good understanding of Hong Kong Qualifications Framework and VTC's Diploma programmes.
Experience in teaching sub-diploma programmes, curriculum design and quality assurance (preferred).
Good industry or professional body linkages (advantageous).
