Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair and maintain the institute's buildings and facilities.
- Assist in installation and testing of machinery and equipment.
- Help procure and manage materials and tools for maintenance work.
- Support routine and emergency maintenance operations.
- Support daily institute operations and organized events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed property management or related training with at least two years relevant work experience, or passed skills test with at least two years relevant experience.
- Hold Grade A or above electrical worker license.
- Able to read and write Chinese and simple English.
Appointment
- Full-time, shift work including nights and weekends/public holidays
