Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions with preparation of teaching materials and student assessments.
- Perform student and academic administration duties.
- Develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials.
- Assist in validation and accreditation of programmes.
- Participate in industry networking, departmental projects, consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, BIM, Civil Engineering, Building Technology/Construction and Management, Surveying, or Land Surveying & GIS or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with postgraduate qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
- Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
- Membership of relevant professional institutions is preferred.
- Industry or professional body linkages are an advantage.
