Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare teaching materials for the project-based blended learning model focused on social research methods using R and Mplus.
- Conduct a comprehensive literature review and assist with framework development.
- Collect data, conduct quantitative studies, design surveys, and monitor student progress.
- Assist with drafting manuscripts and preparing figures and tables.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong academic background with demonstrated research skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and empathy when working with diverse individuals.
- Good verbal communication in Cantonese and strong verbal and written English skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of the research topic.
- Familiarity with statistical software (R, Mplus) and reference management tools (EndNote) is desirable.
Appointment
- Part-time — 6-month contract
