Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify potential research participants through community engagement.
- Conduct literature reviews and assist in framework development.
- Prepare and conduct qualitative interviews and design surveys.
- Ensure secure and ethical storage of research data and assist in analysis.
- Provide administrative support for scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Social Science discipline, preferably Social Work.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and empathy with diverse populations.
- Fluent verbal communication in Cantonese and verbal/written English skills.
- Understanding of the research topic and interest in exploring improvements.
- Preference given to candidates with service or volunteer experience with ethnic minorities in Hong Kong.
Appointment
- Full-time — 12 to 16 months
