Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and delivering ACT-based group sessions for individuals with early psychosis.
- Support participant engagement and maintain accurate session records.
- Assist with participant recruitment, study assessments, and data collection.
- Support study coordination and project administration.
- Prepare progress reports and participant-facing materials.
- Provide research and logistical support as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or related health discipline.
- At least two years' post-qualification experience in counselling or mental health services including ACT or mindfulness-based interventions in Hong Kong.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
