Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical trial operations and manage study procedures.
- Conduct data collection, documentation, and medical emergency management.
- Communicate with research teams and internal/external collaborators.
- Perform quality management and facilities management duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing with Nursing Council of Hong Kong registration.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Advantage given for BLS/ACLS certification, venipuncture certificate, clinical trial experience, and electronic data capture proficiency.
