Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver and manage online psychological interventions for community-dwelling adults with PTSD and related conditions.
Provide support and guidance to research participants throughout the intervention period.
Monitor participants' progress, engagement, adherence, and wellbeing.
Identify and respond to participants requiring additional clinical attention or referral.
Collaborate with the Principal Investigator to implement and refine intervention materials and protocols.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of intervention delivery and participant interactions.
Ensure intervention activities comply with research protocols, ethical requirements, and professional standards.
Participate in research team meetings, supervision, and case discussions.

Registered Psychiatric Nurse in Hong Kong with valid Practising Certificate.
At least one year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in psychiatric or mental health settings.
Relevant clinical experience with individuals experiencing mental health, trauma, stress, or anxiety-related conditions.
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
Strong interpersonal, therapeutic communication, and participant-engagement skills.
Responsible, organised, and self-motivated with ability to work independently.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary research team.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to use online platforms such as Qualtrics and Google Classroom.

Part-time temporary contract, less than 68 hours per 4 consecutive weeks, initially for 12 months with possibility of renewal.
