Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and implementing a trauma-informed training research project for social workers.
- Conduct literature reviews on relevant topics.
- Recruit, screen, and coordinate research participants.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of research interventions.
- Conduct data collection, follow-up assessments, and data analysis.
- Manage research data and maintain accurate study records.
- Assist with preparing research reports, presentations, and project materials.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, or health-related discipline.
- At least one year of relevant research or work experience.
- Experience conducting or coordinating research studies, preferably with participant recruitment or randomised controlled trials.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Chinese.
- Proficiency in common computer applications and research software (SPSS, Qualtrics, and Google Classroom preferred).
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a detail-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Appointment
- Part-time, temporary contract; less than 68 hours per four consecutive weeks.
