Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist project team with conducting visits, literature review, surveys, interviews, and data collection.
- Perform data analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Organize project events and manage project coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Education, Psychology, or related Social Science disciplines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Good communication, IT, and organization skills with experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research.
- Preference for foundational research skills such as conducting interviews and analyzing data with N-vivo, R, SPSS, or Mplus.
- Relevant work experience in educational research projects or project management skills is advantageous.
