Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Design and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate course modules.
- Supervise student capstone projects and project-based learning activities.
- Provide academic advising and pastoral support to students.
- Lead curriculum development and engage in knowledge exchange activities.
- Contribute to student recruitment, admissions, outreach events, and stakeholder liaison.
- Serve on departmental committees and perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Materials, Energy Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- Relevant tertiary-level teaching experience.
- Demonstrated track record in knowledge exchange, curriculum development, pedagogy, and academic administration.
- For Senior Lecturer: More than five years of outstanding teaching experience and strong record in pedagogical excellence and curriculum leadership.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract — 2 years, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
