Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide frontline AV and IT support to staff and students to ensure smooth operations across the university.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for IT hardware/software and AV systems.
- Set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment in classrooms, conference rooms, and event venues.
- Provide flexible, on-demand IT support remotely, by phone, or on-site for urgent and non-office hours situations.
- Work independently and manage assigned responsibilities effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Multimedia Technology, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AV support, IT support, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Zoom, Teams, and control systems.
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

- Part-time, contract-based and renewable upon mutual agreement.
