Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assist in setting up events, workshops, campaigns, webinars and online meetings.
- Produce multimedia content including media editing, graphics creation and promotional materials.
- Assist in procurement and inventory control of software licenses, consumables and equipment.
- Manage social media content and assist with website updates.
- Handle event logistics, inbound calls, stakeholder liaison and appointment booking.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Recognised diploma or higher certificate in multimedia design, media and communication, marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with design software is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and as a good team player.
