Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct translational research on novel cancer therapeutics development with focus on targeting cancer stemness using hepatocellular carcinoma as a model system.
- Work semi-independently under supervision on collaborative cancer research projects.
- Perform experimental work including cell/organoid culture, cellular and molecular biology studies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Cancer Biology, Cancer Immunology, Biomedical Sciences or related field.
- Exceptional experimental, writing, and communication abilities.
- Preferred: translational research experience in cancer immunology, antibody-based therapeutics, and/or antibody/protein engineering.
- Preferred: experience with cell/organoid culture, flow cytometry, animal studies, and cancer-related research.
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task, maintain attention to detail, work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year contract (renewable subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
