Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop AI agents and skills applied to BIM/IFC and construction workflows.
- Leverage AI tools like Codex or Claude Code to learn and solve complex problems rapidly.
- Evaluate solutions critically to assess what works and why.
- Prototype and build effective solutions using AI technology.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High fluency with AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or equivalents.
- Strong judgment and ability to quickly evaluate solution effectiveness.
- Demonstrated AI-native capability shown through portfolio, prototype, GitHub repo, or similar evidence.
- Up-to-date curriculum vitae required.
Appointment
- Full-time, contract duration — renewal possible based on performance and funding availability.
