Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop AI agents/skills applied to BIM/IFC and construction workflows.
- Leverage AI tools like Codex or Claude Code to learn and solve complex problems rapidly.
- Evaluate solutions critically to determine what works and why.
- Prototype and build effectively using AI technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High fluency with AI tools such as Codex or Claude Code (or equivalents).
- Strong judgment and ability to assess solutions quickly.
- Demonstrated AI-native capability through portfolio, prototype, GitHub repo, or similar evidence.
- Up-to-date curriculum vitae required for application.
