Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on self-healing composite materials and structures.
- Perform composite fabrication, modification, and characterization.
- Draft research proposals and academic papers.
- Collaborate with team members on multifunctional materials and mechanics projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in mechanical/civil engineering, energy, or material science.
- Strong background in composites, mechanics, polymer engineering or related areas.
- R&D experience in composite fabrication, modification, and characterization.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-year contract (renewable)
