Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses through lectures, tutorials, and demonstrations.
- Support curriculum design and develop teaching materials for the School of Medicine.
- Participate in course and curriculum development with a focus on innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Advise and mentor students while supporting project-based and experiential learning activities.
- Provide student-related services and perform other duties as assigned by the Dean of Medicine.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline or closely-related medical discipline.
- Demonstrate ability to teach in English.
- Possess 2–4 years (Lecturer II), 4–6 years (Lecturer I), or 6–8 years (Senior Lecturer) of tertiary teaching and student mentoring experience.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience teaching interdisciplinary core curriculum courses is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — Initial contract of two years, renewable subject to performance review and mutual agreement.
