Duties & Responsibilities

Design, synthesize, and chemically modify peptide therapeutics and related biomolecules, including peptide conjugates and cyclic peptides.
Independently operate and maintain peptide synthesis, purification, characterization, and analytical platforms.
Establish and optimize workflows for peptide production, conjugation, quality control, and analytical characterization.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance peptide- and antibody-based drug development programs.

Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Peptide Chemistry, or closely related discipline.
Proven ability to independently operate peptide synthesis instruments and related characterization technologies.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in peptide synthesis, purification, characterization, and chemical modification.
Experience in developing and optimizing synthetic routes, conjugation chemistries, and analytical methods for peptide or protein therapeutics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for independent and multidisciplinary team work.
Preference given to candidates with experience in antibody conjugation, bioconjugation chemistry, protein engineering, or ADC development.

Full-time / Contract — 1-3 year(s), with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
