Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct doctrinal and empirical research on legal and policy environments for harmonisation and integration in legal services and dispute resolution in the Greater Bay Area.
- Collect and process data, conduct literature reviews, and perform field research.
- Draft reports, edit documents, and assist with conference and event logistics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Law with demonstrated research experience in public law, judiciary, and dispute resolution in Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong.
- Understanding of regional economic integration and trade in services, with proficiency in doctrinal and empirical research methods.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
