Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory research on mitochondrial fusion and axon regeneration mechanisms.
- Perform animal surgery, behavioral tests, electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry, and molecular biology techniques.
- Contribute to deep brain stimulation research for Parkinson's disease treatment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Biological Sciences, Neuroscience, Bioengineering, or related field with at least 3 years' postdoctoral research experience.
- Strong expertise in animal surgery, electrophysiology (EEG, EMG, single cell recording), and behavioral testing.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese with self-motivation and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Appointment
- Full-time — 12 months contract
